A. Only if you are a Florida resident, then ExpressBarstools.com will collect 7% sales tax. 

Q. Can I rely on the colors and textures and wood stains I see on these pages?

A. We spent many long hours trying to accurately photograph and properly replicate the fabric and finish images on our site.  Wood stains may appear lighter, colors and textures may not be accurate as a result of photographic, Internet, and computer inaccuracies and many other factors beyond our control.  Therefore, we cannot guarantee that the product colors, textures, stains you see displayed on this site are perfectly accurate.

When you accept and place an order, you are accepting the limitations inherent in not directly viewing samples.  Absent your obtaining such samples, your completion of an order constitutes your waiver of any claim you may have due to dissatisfaction with the product colors, textures and wood stains.  If you are not sure, please contact us before ordering.

At the end of the day they are still not true to life - and there are differences in computers and monitors and printers.  The only sure way to confirm a color texture or wood stain - is to look at it directly.  Having said that, there are VERY FEW requests for returns at all - and even less because of dissatisfaction with the color or texture.

Warranties

All of the products offered through ExpressBarstools.com come with a full manufacturer warranty.  These warranties vary in length from one year to limited "lifetime".  Specifics on getting warranty service will depend on the item, the nature of the problem, the manufacturer and your location.  Further details on manufacturers warranties will generally be attached to your new furniture.  Keep in mind that the manufacturers warranties do not cover labor or transportation beyond one year; even a "lifetime" warranty covers replacement parts only.  Although we can not guarantee the customer's pleasure in his or her selection, we warrant that all merchandise will be shipped in a manner meeting standards set by the manufacturer.  The manufacturers warranty begins at the time the merchandise is delivered.  Except for this, there are no other warranties expressed or implied, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, product availability, manufacturer order approval, order fulfillment time, etc., and all such warranties are specifically disclaimed.  ExpressBarstools.com shall not be responsible for any indirect, special or consequential damages related to warranty of product, delivery or delivery timing other than as specifically set forth herein.  Call us during normal business hours or email us at Expressbarstools@aol.com . Should you have a problem related to manufacturer defect or damage, we will contact the manufacturer to arrange for local repair or replacement as allowed under the terms of the respective manufacturer's warranty and at their discretion.  We will act as your interface to the to manufacturer and help with implementation of any needed warranty to insure the work is preformed in a timely and professional manner.

Guidelines for selecting the correct height you need

Important: Make sure that you have accurately measured the height of the counter and or table the stool or chair will be used. You want 9"-12" between the top of seat and top of the counter and or table.

All seat heights are shown as well as the overall height in most cases.

Chairs are 17"-19" and go with tables 28"-31"

Counter stools are 24"-27" and go with kitchen counters and most Islands 35"-38"

Bar stools are 29"-32" and fit bars and raised kitchen counters and passthroughs.

Spectator stools are taller 34"-36" for special needs, contact us for stools available in this heights.

You are solely responsible for accurately selecting the height product to fit your needs.

RETURN POLICY All sales are special orders and final sales. No returns or refunds accepted unless authorized by  Express barstools. If Express Barstools agrees to accept a return for reason other than defect, the customer is responsible for repackaging the merchandise in the original packing or box and return it undamaged. Authorized returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. No returns will be allowed after 10 days of recepit of goods. The customer is responsible for inspecting the product at the time of delivery. If the event that you receive damaged merchandise, you must make all notations on the freight bill. If the product is nicked or scraped, please keep the product and make the proper remarks on the freight bill. The product will be repaired or replacement parts will be sent. Please notify ExpressBarstools.com customer service immediately in the event that there is damage. ExpressBarstools.com will be responsible for repairing or replacing any damaged merchandise.
